Following over fourteen years as Director of International Programs and then Director of Domestic and International Programs, at the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, Ann continues to develop and lead international programs as an IPAC Associate. At the same time she is also enthusiastically assuming new volunteer and consulting engagements, including a role on the Canadian Audit and Accountability Foundation's Board of Directors. Ann has held executive positions with the federal and Ontario governments, and worked closely with a range of federal, provincial, municipal and First Nations governments, as well as schools of public policy and administration, across Canada. Ann has led the development and implementation of public sector policies, programs and services in response to a range of leadership, social and economic challenges in Canada and worldwide. Ann has an extensive international network and considerable experience building partnerships with public, private and not-for-profit institutions and associations to implement innovative and made-to-measure institutional and professional development programs. Ann has produced three books of international case studies - Results Through Rapport, Aid on Demand: Delivering Cost-Effective Technical Assistance in Developing Countries, and Innovations in Public Expenditure Management: Country Cases from the Commonwealth.
